SOUL SESSIONS: Check-in

Check-In sessions are perfect for quick questions you may have, or direction that needs clarification or confirmation.   Or perhaps it's just a hello and check-in with your Higher Self to see what messages or awareness need to be brought forth into your present consciousness.  

Through connection to your Higher Self, Soul, and energetic insights, you will receive messages, guidance, and any other notes during this session that can provide clarity and/or affirm the steps and direction needed to be taken moving forwards.  

Personalized techniques and practical tools may also be advised to support moving through blockages in the conscious and subconscious mind to help you become more Wholly and energetically aligned and embodied in your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. 

Sessions are never of fortune telling, divinity, or connection to anyone except for your Higher Self.  And of course what happens post session is completely up to you, as you have full responsibility, always holding the power of choice, and Self-Sovereignty.

Each Check-In session is ~20 minutes and readings are held in the privacy of our Wellness Studio in Pacific Place Apartments.  For those clients who prefer remote consultations, (or outside of Hong Kong), sessions are available via zoom.
