Q: Do you have a permanent retail store?
A: We do have our current Residency at THE UPPER HOUSE/Pacific Place Apartments which Crystal viewings and SOUL SESSIONS are available by appointment.

Also, you may sign up to our email list for the latest updates on where we may be~ and stay up to date on our Instagram page.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship internationally. So wherever you may be, crystals may journey to your destination.
Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: As shipping depends on your location, it’s dependent on that mostly. However we do package and ship our crystals typically within 48 hours of your order placed.

Q: What if my order is missing or broken?
A: We do wrap our crystals and parcels with the utmost care however understand accidents do happen. If you’ve received a broken parcel, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Photos and descriptions are best so we understand more completely. From there we will ask that the crystal be returned within 7 days including tracking number so that we may confirm and process accordingly.
Q: Do you have a phone number?

Q: Can you create custom crystal sets or help me curate custom crystal gifts?
A: Yes! We love working with our clients to curate custom crystal pulls for gifting or themselves. Just send us an email, and you may include within, what types of energies, budget, colors, purpose, or any other requests, etc and we’ll be in touch!
