CANCELLATION POLICY 

(SESSIONS & READINGS)

For courses and any other kind of service held by STONE & STAR all sales are final and non-refundable.

For the Sessions & Readings you have the right to cancel your appointment up to 48 hours before your confirmed time to be fully reimbursed. Within 48 hours- the payment will not be refunded however rescheduling within 30 days is possible.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices indicated on this website are in Hong Kong Dollars. The billing is done according to the price on the order confirmation.

Purchases made on STONE & STAR are secured through trusted internet payment processing companies PayPal and Stripe.  

All personal debit and credit card information transmitted are handled by secured connections.
 

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

The Buyer is responsible for any additional taxes and additional duties especially if international shipping is required.

STONE & STAR is not responsible for any fees charged by third parties.
