This TAURUS FULL MOON is the last SUPERMOON of 2024. It is the last Super Full Moon in a series of three, and the last one until October 2025. It is also the last Full Moon with Pluto in Capricorn... the end of an era, but also the beginning of something so incredible.
Full Moons are where the Sun and the Moon are exactly opposite another at the exact degree. This Full Moon arrives at 24°01’ Taurus, with the Sun in Scorpio. It is the axis of death and rebirth, resources of our own and of others, our values, stability, foundations, building, and the deconstruction of it all. It is about natural rhythms and cycles, and how we feel safe and secure. Taurus is our physical body and the senses, and Scorpio how we experience our intimacy of the physical body with others. It is abundance, creation, and destruction~ all of the Divine Feminine.
There is so much to this Full Moon, as we are in the days before Pluto shifts into Aquarius. It feels like a sacred pause and the deep breath before we begin on a new journey; the knowing that we are on the precipice of something so incredibly life changing. Something unfathomable, unknown, and uncertain, yet exciting at the same time. For fear is not what we should be feeling but rather- Empowerment knowing that what we are carrying into this next chapter is what we choose. All else we are allowing ourselves to put down, leave behind, and to say good-bye.
It is rebirth energy; the Sun in Scorpio signifies the death, degeneration, destruction and alchemy, and Taurus is the Divine Feminine and Mother Earth herself; the abundant creator energy whom births newness and everything that wants to come forwards to life.
This Full Moon is about honouring LIFE, and the opportunities and possibilities that we get to choose as Humans in this lifetime. To choose life-nourishing and life-nurturing foods, things, environments, relationships, activities, and all else. And by honouring our own life- ultimately embracing and embodying fullness in our Self-Love, may we also honour the lives of those around us, whether are humans, plants, or animals and all that we share our home with.

This Taurus Moon reminds us to slow down and reconnect with what it means to be HUMAN. Our Human-ness as a gift and why our Soul’s have chosen to come to Earth to experience. The Human Experience of being in a 3D body, with physical senses: touch, taste, smell, sound, and sight. Yet the human body of matter is not only what we are, for this magical and miraculous vessel houses our Soul, which is of the Divine… and because of this— we know that We are the Universe, and always co-creating with the Divine, who loves us unconditionally.
Life as Human in this physical sense truly is a gift. As Human, we are given the opportunity to feel the full range of emotions from joy, compassion, empathy, and bliss to anger, sadness, pain, grief, and so much more… and especially, to feel the greatest frequency in the Universe: Unconditional LOVE (from the Divine).
To experience everything the Divine Creator has created for us TO experience… life’s pleasures and the abundance of the Earth. (remember scarcity is a Lie, and separation is an illusion!)
It is truly up to us how we choose what and how we wish to live and experience this life. And hopefully that means we are choosing to live life to its fullest, with intention, consciously, and by being present. To live to the fullest expression not only of the ego, but of our Soul.
And to live in the fullest and highest good of all~ because if it’s for the good of ALL , it must be good for us. And this is where we must recognize that we are not separate from one another, but are individuated Souls with the ability to experience our own unique journeys, still connected. In Taurus energies, we are here to build safety and security with our own resources; and the resources are never truly outside of us, but WITHIN. And the greatest resource and system we have is the Physical Body- for the body never lies, but the mind does.

This Full Moon, come back to yourself. To your values, to know your worth, and that you are worthy already of Unconditional Love, where the Divine and the Universe already love and support you. It is only a matter of opening yourself to receive, knowing that you are safe within your own Self. This Taurus Full Moon will illuminate the blocks and ways you actually don’t open yourself to receive or call in what it is you truly deserve and desires, even if you think you do (because if you did, you would already have manifested it).
As the Moon sits conjunct with Uranus in Taurus, this is a powerful and robust energy of freedom, evolution, and leveling up~ and we can expect epiphanies, aha! moments, and even sudden and unexpected break-throughs in our own knowing… and perhaps gain new insights and perspectives on life. It’s such a beautiful energy; perhaps a bit uncomfortable or disruptive, however Uranus always urges us towards the future…
Uranian energy too, as the ruler of Aquarius, this plays such a supportive cosmic role in Pluto shifting into Aquarius only a few days later~ in what we may need to release, so that we can INTENTIONALLY break-free and break-through our old selves, and step into a new era reborn, revitalised, and excited for what’s to come.

Venus is the ruler of this Moon, and she sits in Capricorn, square the Nodes. We’ve been moving through Aries/Libra axis since July of 2023 and rounding out these energies comes January 2025 where the nodes will shift onto the Pisces/Virgo axis. Venus in Capricorn brings a bit more seriousness into the picture but also a get-real attitude when it comes to relationships.
Are we in relationships that are long-lasting, with solid foundations built upon our values; knowing that the other understands our needs and desires (have we communicated them clearly/activated our throat chakra?) Venus in Capricorn wants to cut through the bs, nothing sugar coated, but what is true. Capricorn energy is Cardinal Earth, and the Moon in Taurus (Fixed Earth); although they are not in aspect, the earth energies are truly reminding us about stability, grounded-ness, and our connection to our home, Mother Earth.
This weekend, and as we move onwards, may we hold space for the beauty of our home, the plants and trees that keep us alive (literally), the flowers that bring beauty and wisdom to us, and the animals that are also teachers, showing us how to be present in every moment and to live in the NOW.
